Hello! Thank you for coming. As a visual interpreter, I want to join you to
visualize ideas, conversations, systems, or processes
Let's visualize!

I'm Sofi
Visual interpreter, listener, facilitator, and creator of gatherings.
I've been drawing since I was a child; it's my primary way of connecting with the world. Since 2014, I've been joining others to visualize their ideas. I use my active listening, drawing skills, systems thinking, and facilitation training to support processes, ideas, and dialogues.
I live in Montevideo, Uruguay, and I'm inspired by global connections. I enjoy exploring creative crafts such as ceramics, painting, embroidery, knitting, analog photography, printmaking, and more.
I believe in visual thinking as a tool for connection, alignment and co-creation.
In the discomfort of needing to find a name for my role, I found this one and it felt right.

How I work

MAKE VISIBLE
Working visually fosters team alignment and facilitates the discovery of emerging ideas. We materialize team conversations, representing all voices for reinterpretation and continuity. I believe in the power of visual thinking to align people, integrate them, and promote understanding.

COCREATION
Creative processes are stronger and more enriching when undertaken as a team. Getting aligned and creating environments that foster creativity leads to results that align with the work's purpose. We build a collective brain through the collaboration of the various stakeholders.

CLEAR COMMUNICATION
Communication is key to collaboration. The quality of conversations, active listening, assertive and carefully chosen words, and clear agreements are all important. This way, we build healthier, more loving, and so, more fruitful connections.
Services
Visual harvest
During a talk, I create a real-time visual summary of the key concepts. By the end of the presentation, we have a visual overview of the content presented.
Graphic facilitation
When working in a team, it can sometimes be difficult to translate the ideas and concepts discussed into concrete examples. Using graphic facilitation tools in work teams helps with process tracking, decision-making, idea visualization, project development, and more. Furthermore, it fosters a more creative environment and strengthens connections among team members.
Visual synthesis
Starting with a written document or data, we create a story, which we then communicate visually with a visual summary of the key concepts. Through drawings and brief texts, this aids understanding and provides a more accessible introduction to the document.
Workshops
Visual thinking is intrinsic to everyone. Through a workshop, we can appropriate this ability as an active tool for our daily individual and group work.
Illustrated video
Creation of animated illustrations, co-created with the client based on key concepts.
